Hey ya'll! My name is Shane and it's an absolute privilege to be able to serve His Bride through The Worship Initiative. I'm married to Beth and we have four beautiful daughters. I have the privilege of serving as a worship director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. I've been singing and playing with the other Shane for over 20 years, and together, we co-founded The Worship Initiative. My heart is to disciple and train people in their craft and in the Word so that they may reach others with the good news of the Gospel. We pray that The Worship Initiative would be a tool to do just that. Blessings!

Greetings! It's a gift to serve as Team Director and Instrument Coach at The Worship Initiative. Since moving to Dallas in 2004, I've served in the local church as worship leader, music director, and instrumentalist. I have a beautiful wife, Candis, and two beautiful daughters, Harper and Ellison. I'm passionate about writing and producing music, collaborating with others, and developing musicians and teams to make Jesus look excellent. I pray that The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you.
Howdy, my name is Adam. Since moving to Dallas in 2012 I’ve served at Northway Church and with various artists and ministries playing music. Since 2016 I have served in the counseling ministry at Northway and am currently working on a degree in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here at The Worship Initiative I serve as the Content Creator and Electric Guitar Coach. I help oversee all things audio day to day, vision cast and execute the creation of new training resources, help produce our blog and podcasts, and I help create our electric guitar training videos. I hope that the Worship Initiative can be a resource where people learn to be excellent musicians for the sake of serving and building up God’s people. Whether it is through creating music training resources or pastoral training resources, or responding to an email, I pray that The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you and the church you serve.
Hey! My name is Carter and I serve as a video producer here at The Worship Initiative. I'm in charge of our social media channels and spearhead all our video projects with our other video producer, Jacob. I have lived in Dallas since I was born, and grew up in the Church. I've spent my whole life surrounded by music, whether I was playing an instrument, at a concert, or learning about the production side of everything. I served in my church either playing acoustic guitar or live mixing, but I've developed a passion for photo and video work in the last few years. I have a heart for all things music and ministry, and I'm excited to keep curating and creating new content for you and your church.
Hi! My name is Jacob and I get to serve as the Video Editor for The Worship Initiative! I've lived in Dallas since I was two years old and grew up with a love for music. I started to play the guitar at a young age and was quickly plugged into my churches youth group LIFE at First Baptist Church The Colony. As I grew as a musician I began to learn other instruments to fill any needs in my church whether it be drums, keys or singing and as I grew in the Lord I continued to desire to lead His people in singing His praises. I eventually also grew to love photography & video and began working part-time as a wedding videogapher before getting to combine my two passions of music and video at The Worship Initiative. I love getting to do this and I hope The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you and the church where you serve. Blessings!
Hello there! My name is Corey, and I help produce and oversee our audio content, as well as help create our keys training videos here at the Worship Initiative. I grew up in Illinois before graduating with a Recording Arts degree from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I moved down to Texas in 2013 and worked at The Oaks Fellowship for 5 years as their lead audio engineer. I've played piano/keys since I was 7 years old, and taught myself guitar, bass, and drums along the way in high school, so I absolutely love producing music, and do so as often as I'm able. My biggest passion in ministry is to help churches and specifically the younger generation in how to get the most out of music technology, and our production tools that we've been given, to bring glory and praise to God through our worship together! I pray that I'm able to bring any knowledge I may have in these areas to better serve you with our team here through the Worship Initiative!
Hi! My name is Ridge and I get to serve as the Technical Director here at The Worship Initiative! There is a lot of technology and hardware that goes into creating our productions and content, and it’s my job to make sure its all running smoothly. I’ve lived in Dallas for my whole life and have been playing music just as long. Working at The Worship Initiative allows me to pursue both sides of my life, production tech and music, and I hope that The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you and your church!
Welcome! My name is Travis. I grew up in Dallas, moved to Waco for college, moved back to Dallas, moved back to Waco, and then moved back to Dallas. No plans to move back to Waco at the moment, but I’ve come to find you never really know...In all that moving around I’ve had the privilege of serving as a worship leader for youth groups, college ministries, a mobile church plant, and large conferences. I’ve also served as the Production Director for a growing church, a videographer and graphic designer, and now I have the awesome opportunity to use everything I’ve learned to serve YOU! Here at the Worship Initiative, I get to help oversee all of our communications, customer support and social media, as well as act as a production director for our album recordings and video shoots. I grew up in church as a pastor’s kid and I’m grateful that Jesus got ahold of my heart at a young age. I know I exist for no other reason than to love and exalt Jesus Christ, and I pray that the Worship Initiative (and my work here) would do the same. Reach out through the chat bubble, if you ever need anything! I’d love to talk to you.
