Hey ya'll! My name is Shane and it's an absolute privilege to be able to serve His Bride through The Worship Initiative. I'm married to Beth and we have four beautiful daughters. I have the privilege of serving as a worship director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. I've been singing and playing with the other Shane for over 20 years, and together, we co-founded The Worship Initiative. My heart is to disciple and train people in their craft and in the Word so that they may reach others with the good news of the Gospel. We pray that The Worship Initiative would be a tool to do just that. Blessings!

Hello there! I’m Jeremy, and it is such a privilege to serve as the Director and Drum Coach at The Worship Initiative. I grew up in Norman, Oklahoma but have called Dallas, TX home since 2003. My wife, SarahBeth and I have two awesome little boys, Lawson and Hayes. I have been playing drums since I was a child and have led worship at my home church for over a decade. I have also had the blessing of leading on the road with incredible worship leaders over the years like Jeff Johnson, Jon Abel, and of course, Shane and Shane. I am so passionate about the mission of The Worship Initiative to not only equip worship leaders and musicians in their craft, but to focus just as much on being a resource for growing in their walk with Christ. I am here to serve you! Please let me know how we can come alongside you in the most useful way possible as we make much of God and serve the Body!
Greetings! My name is Ross. It's a blessing to serve as Content Creator and Bass Coach at The Worship Initiative. Since moving to Dallas in 2004, I have served the local church as worship leader, music director, and instrumentalist. I completed my undergraduate degree in music in 2008. I have a wife and two daughters. I grew up playing drums and acoustic guitar in church, but the bass guitar has been my primary instrument over the last 15 years. I enjoy writing songs, creating music, and collaborating with others. I love to serve the church! Whether it's responding to an email, writing a chart, or creating a video, I am passionate about serving you and your local body. I pray that The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you!
Howdy, My name is Adam. Since moving to Dallas in 2012 I’ve served at Northway Church and with various artists and ministries playing music. Since 2016 I have served in the counseling ministry at Northway and am currently working on a degree in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here at The Worship Initiative I serve as the Content Creator and Electric Guitar Coach. I help oversee all things audio day to day, vision cast and execute the creation of new training resources, help produce our blog and podcasts, and I help create our electric guitar training videos. I hope that the Worship Initiative can be a resource where people learn to be excellent musicians for the sake of serving and building up God’s people. Whether it is through creating music training resources or pastoral training resources, or responding to an email, I pray that The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you and the church you serve.
Hey there! My name is Adrian and I serve as a Producer and Keys Coach at The Worship Initiative. I've been married to my wonderful wife Kelsey for 9 years and father to our daughter Piper for 2 years. I've been playing music since childhood and enjoy worshiping my Savior through song. It is a privilege to help other musicians serve effectively so that God is worshiped in the local church. Please let me know how I can better serve you!
Hi! My name is Jacob and I get to serve as the Video Editor for The Worship Initiative! I've lived in Dallas since I was two years old and grew up with a love for music. I started to play the guitar at a young age and was quickly plugged into my churches youth group LIFE at First Baptist Church The Colony. As I grew as a musician I began to learn other instruments to fill any needs in my church whether it be drums, keys or singing and as I grew in the Lord I continued to desire to lead His people in singing His praises. I eventually also grew to love photography & video and began working part-time as a wedding videogapher before getting to combine my two passions of music and video at The Worship Initiative. I love getting to do this and I hope The Worship Initiative is a blessing to you and the church where you serve. Blessings!
